Hmm, sorry to say I didn't do so great last night. With celebrating a BDay-there is much goodness to enjoy-especially when the other half bakes you a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting! So to break it down I had 7 shrimps with lime juice (70 cals-370 left), 2 slices of Red Velvet cake (580 cals-210 over), chicken strip kid meal from Native New Yorker (400 cals-610 over) and 1 little slice of chocolate cake (150 cals-760 over). Now I see where the weight gain has been coming from! Told you I'd fall but I'm getting right back up.
Morning weigh-in- 179.1-gained 1.1 lbs, but have lost 2.1 so far.

Day 2 lunch
Enjoyed a lunch similar to yesterday's but with wiser choices, I guess I'm learning as I go. 470 calories (440 left)
Oh what a breakfast
Celebrating a BDay today and my lovelies at work surprised me with this...
How can one say no to that. So I'm calling this my breakfast for the day and it was so worth it. I'm such a sucker for Red Velvet Cake-YUM! 290 calories (910 left)

Day 2
So last night I got home and prepped dinner for my fan and I had 13 jumbo shrimp w/ lime. 140 cal. So I ended goin over by 115, but I figured if I was gonna go over, I would at least get my protein fix in there.
So I woke up this morning and weighed myself...178!!! I lost 3.2 lbs yay.

Dinner
Enjoyed a salad like that below, but ommited the olive oil-did you know 1 tbsp of that has 120 cal?! No thank you! 115 cal (55 left)
Snack 3
Shame shame shame to my coworker for sticking this delish mini cupcake in my presence. And when I say mini I mean mini. But oh goodness it is that I'm making this baby last! 90 cals (170 left). Now I gotta brainstorm what type of dinn-dinn I can make with only 170 cals.
Lunch
My lunch consisted of healthy, yummy goodness.
I had this delicious microwavable brown rice from Fresh & Easy. It smelled a little fishy only because it has seaweed as a seasoning, but it has such a good nutty flavor.

I also had a sping mix salad topped with crispy onion, sunflower seeds, tortilla strips, greek olive oil and a squeeze of lime juice. On the side I also had a 3 seed flat bread. Total cals 510 (260 uh-oh!)
So it begins...
I woke up this morning with the same will I've had before, to take charge and stick to a diet for that long awaiting weight loss. But the same thing continues to happen-I cheat and I'm back to my old ways of eating food that holds my journey back. Well this is my final NO!!!! No more excuses.
I woke up around 2am this morning with a strong craving for chocolate, so what did I do? I went to the kitchen, opened my pantry and took one of my kiddos chocolate fudge pop tarts. I know, I know...what happened to the NO!!! Well, I'm gonna have moments like that and right now, I'm weak. But this will be my trainer. My trainer to push myself to stick to it this time. Too much time has passed and enough is enough. So the details-I'm limiting myself to only 1200 calories a day. I would like to do less, but I gotta think about my health here. Fewer than that would put me in starvation mode and can end up kicking me in the butt later on.
So, 1 chocolate pastry is 200 cals, that leaves me with 1000 calories left in the day. Oh goodness here we go.
